  It's a beast

  This is a pretty beastly lock and has the weight to go with it. This is the biggest you can go without going to full motorcycle style lock. The pick resistance on this is almost certainly enough to counter opportunists, I think you're more likely to see the fence or pole you're attached to gone than you are the lock compromised.

  Great quality lock but the bracket is much less so

  This is one of the best locks on the market right now for those living in big cities with high bike theft rates and the bracket to attach the lock to the bike seems sturdy, however, after less than a year of use, the screw thread on the bracket tore making the bracket completely useless being a real inconvenience to portability of this lock.

  BEST BIKE LOCK

  I've been using this for my hybrid bike basically leaving it for about a few hours at a time for college. The lock is pretty beefy and is in fact beefier than some of the bike racks I've used. It is pretty thick and is reasonably lightweight for the protection it provides. It is even recommended by well renowned lock pickers on Youtube, such as Lockpickinglawyer, as it has a very secure locking mechanism. The shackle's rectangular design makes it hard for boltcutters to hold onto. I also chose this lock because it seems to withstand a lot of force before you can break it with a jack. I use this lock alongside a cable to secure the front wheels and a rotor brake lock. Sometimes I even use another U lock with it if I'm going to leave it for longer. The USH bracket has been really helpful in carrying it around especially if you don't want to carry it on a backpack as I do because it hurts my back after a while. So far, I haven't found any cons to using this lock. Keep in mind that locks are only a deterrent. A determined bike thief would get through any lock. Although it is not on the affordable price bracket for locks, it is surely a worthy investment if you want to keep your bike.

  Super solid and feels very secure

  Bought this after research and a youtube video that was real in-depth and praising this lock among others. So far so good. Lock is really sturdy, I love the rubber protection around everywhere, not too heavy, and the mounting on the bike is really ingenious. I was able to mount it on the side of the rear wheel and it works great there

  Sturdy lock.

  Solid lock. It looks sturdy and is likely to discourage criminals. It fixes to the bike relatively well. The lock is fairly heavy, but that's the price of a good lock.

  A WELL-DESIGNED, HEAVY LOCK

  This D-lock is well-designed. Shackle and crossbar click together and the whole lock clicks into place on the holder supplied with it, which is easily mounted on a cycle-frame. In common with other locks offering the same degree of security, it is rather heavy; a lightweight lock which resists bolt-croppers and angle-grinders has, I suppose, yet to be invented.

  Great device, not tried by the thieves yet :)

  Does the job, used it to secure my motorcycle chain to a street level sewer metal grid. Feels sturdy, but not tested in real theft scenario:)
