How to submit a price match request:

1. Price match requests can be forwarded to our email sales@mybikesolutions.co.uk , or through Live Chat when available.
2. Make sure you include a link to the exact product page or advertisement on the competitor's website (do not link to the competitor's home page or shopping cart).
3. After the request is reviewed, we will contact you by email with instructions on how to place your order.

Eligibility:

1. Only advertised prices on available merchandise are matched.
2. Competitor must be an authorized dealer based in the United Kingdom.
3. EBay auctions are not eligible for price match requests.
4. Product must be new and in stock in the same model, size, color and year (if applicable).
5. Any applicable shipping and/or handling fees, as well as taxes, will be included when calculating the price difference.
6. Items priced less than £30 Pound Sterling are not eligible to be price matched.
7. We may issue you exclusive vouchers or discount codes after the price match request is successful.
8. Price matched items cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes
9. All price match requests are handled at the sole discretion of My Bike Solutions Ltd.
