Shipping Policy
For shipping, we use postal and different courier services for domestic and international customers.
We use Royal Mail, DPD and UPS services, in some cases we may use different services depending on location, weight and country.
Our back-office systems are fully integrated with Shipping Partners. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!
Small items and orders less than £150 (excluding helmets and tyres) are usually sent via Royal Mail, however, you will have the option to upgrade the delivery service if you wish. UPS, DPD and Royal Mail make daily collections from our warehouse in the UK.
If your order is over £150 or its heavy item by weight or volume, it will be delivered by UPS or DPD in most cases unless it’s not UK mainland.

There may be some extra charges for any product over 2Kg for:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highland
- Channel Isles
- The Isle of Man
- Isle of Weight and Sicily Isles.
Low-Value items may incur a nominal fee; we will contact you if this is the case

All Shipping Prices are Estimated, most of the time you do not have to pay any extra Postage cost but in some cases, there may be extra shipping costs involved depending upon the weight & volume of the product and your area.

- The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
- Unfortunately, due to Royal Mail restrictions, a small selection of products using pressurized containers are currently excluded from our free delivery offer.
- Delivery costs are calculated on the total weight, of Products and the Packaging.)
- All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability.
- Small items may be delivered by post.
- For certain bike specific goods, we will take payment at the point of ordering from our supplier.
- Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on any of our delivery services.
Parcel Protection and Care:

- ALL Items are checked manually by us prior to dispatch.
- Our Products are sent out in Brand New boxes, items clearly damaged in transit should not be accepted as once signed for, are accepted as delivered complete and undamaged. Mybikesolutions cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for.
Taxes & Import Duties
Some import duties or taxes may be applied when you are buying from internationally, please check with your local custom terrif before buying any products. To pay import duty or any other type of taxes is Buyer’s responsibility.
European customers may expect to pay VAT and customs clearance at the time of delivery.
Returns & Exchange Policy;
To encourage our customers to shop with confidence, we are offering 60 days, No Questions Asked Money back guarantee, on all the products purchased from our online store.
If you made an account while purchasing, you can log in to it, go to your order details, click on return an item and follow the subsequent instructions. If you checked out as a guest, you can send us an email at sales@mybikesolutions.co.uk and return the item after the confirmation email.
All you need to do is send us the product back, in unused condition and with all the original packaging.
All the returns must be sent via tracked courier and a tracking number should be provided to us to accelerate the process.

Upon receiving your returns, you can either request us to exchange the product or have your full refund including the original shipping (if you paid any).
Note: All Shoei Helmets exchange of size or return 15% will be charged.
In the case of an exchange, you don’t need to pay any reshipment charges (charges incurred to us while sending you an exchanged item). Exchanging a product is free at MyBikeSolutions for UK customers only.
We shall reimburse you the return shipping (shipping charges incurred to the customer to return the item back to us) only if the product you received is faulty, does not match the product description or is the wrong item, in any other condition i.e. sizing issues or change of mind, you shall be liable to pay the return shipping plus any import duties/taxes, in case you are returning from overseas (Outside UK).
Extended Brand Warranties;
The brands we sell at MyBikeSolutions i.e. LS2, SHOEI, AIROH, OXFORD, Caberg and most others, come with extended brand warranties, extending up to a year as described by the brand. These warranties are claimed at the sole discretion of the concerned brand.
To claim these warranties from the concerned brand on your behalf, you can contact us at sales@mybikesolutions.co.uk within the warranty period, and send us the product back at your own expense once it’s advised.
Any outcome of this warranty will be intimated to you, and the subsequent refund or the repaired product, as evaluated by the concerned company, will be provided to you.
